Honey dough

300 g plain flour (ideally T650) 100 g powdered sugar 1 pk larger egg + egg yolk 1 tsp baking soda 50 g butter (hera) 2 tbsp lukewarm milk 1 tbsp bee honey

600 ml whole milk 2 packets Golden cob (40 g) 2 tbsp semi-coarse flour 2 pcs egg yolks 4 tbsp crystal. sugar 200 g fresh butter

300 ml whipping cream (33%) 1 packet of cream of tartar

Honey dough: Sift the flour add the rest of the ingredients, room temperature butter cut into small pieces. Make a smooth honey dough.
