Honest hen soup

ingredients

1/2 pk casserole 150 g root Vegetable Recipes 1 pk onion 1 stalk chervil 80 g leek 150 g kale 1 pk bay leaf 4 pk whole black peppercorns pinches nutmeg pinches salt 2 tbsp parsley

1. Wash the hen and place in a saucepan with 1,5 litres of water. Bring to the boil. Meanwhile, clean the root Vegetable Recipes and put them all into the boiling soup. Reduce the heat, add salt, whole black pepper and cook until semi-soft. 2. Then add the butternut squash, whole washed kale, leek, bay leaf, nutmeg and cook over medium heat until tender. Take out the meat, separate it from the bones, cut it up and put it back into the soup. 3. Serve the soup with chopped Vegetable Recipes, meat or pasta. Sprinkle each portion with parsley.
