If you need a quick pastry for breakfast, try these rolls. The preparation is quick and there’s not a lot of work involved. They are very tasty and soft. 1. I put all the ingredients in a bowl, 2. and make a stiffer dough. 3. I work it smooth on the board, 4. divide it in half, 5. cut each half into a cross and I get 8 triangles. 6. I roll each part into a triangle 7. and roll from the wider side to the narrower side. 8. Or I roll out an oval and roll up the roll. 9. I place on a greased baking sheet 10. Brush with water and sprinkle with seeds.Let rise on the baking sheet covered with microtene for about 45 min.Bake in a preheated oven.Place a small bowl of water on the bottom,to allow the water to evaporate during baking. 11. Enjoy the fresh,soft and very tasty rolls.Enjoy.
