Light batter for waffles.
1.
Melt the butter in a bowl, separate the egg white from the yolk. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder,salt and egg yolk. Add the melted butter and mix with a mixer.

Beat the egg whites and carefully stir them into the mixture with a fork. The waffle batter resembles pancake batter.
3.
Bake the waffles by brushing the surface of the waffle maker with a little oil to prevent them from sticking. Let it get hot and bake until golden.
4.
Decorate as desired.
