Procedure:
1. Wash the cleaned peppers, tomatoes and leeks, cut everything into smaller pieces and put them in a bowl
2. Add chopped roast chicken, mayonnaise, finely chopped herbs, a little salt, mix and refrigerate
3. Then divide the dough into several smaller parts, roll them out on a floured rolling pin into thin pancakes and bake them on a dry frying pan (or, if possible, directly on the stove)

Recommendation:
The hot pancakes are delicious even without filling, smeared only with a thin layer of butter.
