Homemade sushi with chicken and Vegetable Recipes

1 cup sushi rice 250 g chicken 1 packet toasted nori seaweed plates for sushi 1 packet Chinese Vegetable Recipes (frozen Chinese mix) 1/2 liter broth 2 tbsp olive oil salt, ground pepper ground red pepper (smoked) turmeric ginger

Take inspiration from a favourite Japanese delicacy and adapt it to your own preferences. We tried ours with roasted chicken and Vegetable Recipes. Enjoy!
1.
Rice briefly fried in oil. Pour the broth and cook for 15 minutes. Then cover with a lid and let “finish” for another 15 minutes.

In a second saucepan, saute the frozen Vegetable Recipes in oil until softened, adding a little water if necessary and simmering if they are harder.

Cut the chicken into cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, red pepper, turmeric and ginger. Fry in oil on all sides.

Prepare a mat, place food foil and a slice of nori seaweed on it.

Place the rice carefully on the seaweed slice, it is best applied with two spoons rinsed in cold water. Gently press down and place the sliced meat and Vegetable Recipes in the centre.

Using cling film, roll up as tightly as possible, wrap and leave to rest in the fridge for at least an hour. You can also overnight.

Slice into rounds before serving.

Rice can also be rolled into cones.
