Homemade, spicy pizza with sausage and mozzarella

Pizza dough
500 g plain flour 20 g fresh yeast 3 dl lukewarm water 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp granulated sugar salt
Paradise base
2 cans tomato puree (115 g can) 2 cloves garlic salt, dried basil, dried oregano, ground black pepper, chili pepper 1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
coloured bell peppers (yellow, red, green),cherry tomatoes smoked sausage, smoked bacon mozzarella basil dried

1.
From lukewarm water, sugar and yeast let the sourdough rise.

From flour, salt, oil and sourdough knead the dough and let it rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.

After the dough has risen, divide it into 3 loaves, roll each one out on baking paper and place it in a pizza pan. Brush the edges of the pizza with oil and garlic.

Make a paste of tomato puree, crushed garlic, salt, black and chilli pepper, basil and oregano and spread over the dough, then garnish with peppers, cherry tomatoes, bacon, sausage, mozzarella and sprinkle with basil. You can choose the garnish according to your taste.

Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 230 °C. Bake for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
