1,5 dl milk 5 g butter 60 g semolina 1/2 pk egg to taste salt

Add semolina to boiling salted milk with butter and cook to a thick porridge. Stir the egg into the cooled mixture. With a wet spoon, cut out the gnocchi and cook in salted water. Remove and mix with butter.
