Sugar cookies.

Beat the egg whites and sugar into stiff peaks. Beat in the egg yolks and whipped cream with vanilla sugar.

Place the wafer on a smaller baking tray and spread the mixture over it.

Cover with a second wafer.

Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. You can also add cocoa or fruit. Slice with a warm knife.
