250 g plain flour 250 g sour cream 125 g butter 120 g Niva cheese 3 pcs egg 1 pcs zucchini 4 tbsp cold water 3 tbsp cream fresh thyme pepper salt
procedure
1. Mix butter, flour, water and a pinch of salt. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Grease a pie tin with butter and place the dough in it. Spread the sliced courgette rounds over the pastry. 2. Sprinkle well with cheese and pour the mixture of eggs, cream and whipped cream, salt, thyme pepper. Bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
