Homemade protein shake (without powder) with up to 30 g of protein

2 tbsp hollandaise cocoa 140 g Greek white yoghurt yoghurt 1 pcs banana (or fresher fruit) 250 ml milk 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp peanut butter (soft)

This recipe is suitable for people who don’t want to buy protein powder, or want to try something new and tasty and take in 30g of protein at the same time. It’s a very tasty “protein shake” with a smooth consistency that tastes delicious. I use it myself practically every day and it helps me reach my daily protein intake goal. It has around 500 calories and is therefore good for gaining muscle.

Pour 250ml of milk into the blender.

Then add 140g of Greek yoghurt.

Then add the peeled banana.

Add 2 tablespoons of Dutch cocoa.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

And then add a tablespoon of peanut butter.

Whisk it all together until it’s liquid and there are no chunks left. And with that, the shake is done. All you have to do is drink it.
