Homemade propolis tincture
ingredients
30 g crushed propolis 200 ml alcohol (at least 60%)
progress
Propolis is anti-inflammatory from the inside and outside, relieves toothache, burns, minor wounds, stomach problems or helps to overcome hangovers…
1.
Pour the propolis into the spirit and leave to infuse in a dark bottle for 10 days. During this process, the bottle must be shaken at least 3 times a day to dissolve the propolis well.
2.
Then strain the contents through a cloth or coffee filter and store in a dark dry place.
3.
Caution! Make sure you do not have an allergic reaction to propolis. Drop a few drops on your forearm and observe the spot for a few hours. If it doesn’t turn red you can safely take the tincture.
