Homemade Praline Chocolate with Thermomix

Here is a delicious recipe to make homemade Praline chocolate in Thermomix, with a simple and detailed method. You can serve these pralines at parties or give them as a holiday gift in a box that you could make following a DIY tutorial like this one for example.

Ingredients:

150 g dark chocolate 25 g powdered sugar 20 g butter 250 g mascarpone 125 g milk chocolate pralines 15 g semi-skimmed milk 60 g lacy pancakes

Preparation:

Let’s start with the Mousse:

Put the dark chocolate in pieces in the Thermomix bowl and then mix for 10 seconds at speed 9. Then add the butter, sugar then program 3 minutes, 50° at speed 1 and set aside.

Clean and dry the bowl then insert the whisk, add the mascarpone and mix 3 minutes at speed 3.5, then set aside.

Let’s prepare the crunch:

Put the praline milk chocolate in the Thermomix bowl, and mix for 10 seconds on speed 9.

Add the milk, and program 4 minutes, 50° on speed 2, add the crêpes dentelles then mix 5 seconds on speed 4.

Put all the preparations in the bowl and mix 7 seconds.

Put the Chocolate Praline in the freezer for at least 4 hours in silicone molds preferably.
