300 g plain flour 3/4 tbsp salt 1 tbsp dried yeast 250 ml water 1 tbsp oil Raciol basil 1 tbsp honey 250 ml tomato sauce to taste cheese and herbs
procedure
1. Mix the dry ingredients and progressively stir in the water, oil and honey. Work into a smooth dough which you leave to rise in a bowl covered with a clean tea towel for about 30 minutes. 2. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out flat. Grill one side, then turn the dough over, brush with tomato sauce, add cheese and grill until crisp. 3. Before serving, drizzle with more oil and season with fresh herbs, such as basil.
