An unconventional but all the more delicious soup made with pigeon meat and root Vegetable Recipes.
1.
Pigeon is very dietary, so it’s ideal to cook another type of meat besides pigeon, I opted for homemade turkey wing. I rinsed the meat and put it in a pot of water. I turned it on in the evening cc at 9 pm on the induction plate at 0.5 degrees.
2.
In the morning I put it already on 1 degree and added the spices. I cleaned the veggies, onions, garlic. And shove everything into the broth.
3.
I added a dash of Soupberry – it’s like a homemade veggie, it’s sold by weight and contains no preservatives or salt.
4.
I twisted the veggies with a string and added them to the broth. Cooked cc at 2-3 degrees so the soup wouldn’t boil. When the veggies were tender I removed the meat and weaned the soup off the stovetop.
