3 tbsp pine nuts 4 pcs onion 100 g fresh basil 50 g grated Parmesan 200 ml extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp salt 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp warm water 1 tbsp Dr.Oetker preserving aids
procedure
1. Chop the pine nuts finely. In a blender, blend the pine nuts, chopped onion, garlic, basil, oil, and salt to a smooth puree. 2. Mix the canning aid in a tablespoon of warm water and stir it into the pesto. Fill about 200 ml of 3 jars with the finished pesto. Close them with a lid, store in a cool, dark place. 3. The pesto is used for pasta.
