Homemade mortadella

Firm Italian salami with a spherical shape. It is one of the largest salami in diameter. Ingredients vary by type or place of production, but usually include pork, garlic and spices. Following this recipe, you can prepare this Italian delicacy at home.

Ingredients:

1 kg of pork belly 6 pcs of raw eggs 1 pc of garlic 1 tbsp of veg 1 tbsp of veg mace ground black pepper ground sweet paprika salt

Procedure:

1. Grind the pork belly finely and add the other ingredients, mix well and leave in the fridge for 24 hours to set
2. The next day, fill the mixture into a piping bag and cook for 90 minutes
3. After cooling, remove the salami from the bag, remove the fat and coat the mortadella in red paprika.
