Homemade mild spicy ketchup

4 kg tomatoes 2 pcs red peppers 7 pcs onions 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp ground red sweet paprika 0,7 dl white wine vinegar 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 3 pcs cloves 1 pcs chilli pepper
procedure
1. Clean the onion, cut into larger pieces and blend. 2. Remove the seeds from the sweet peppers, also cut into larger pieces and blend. 3. Put the onion in a pot, fry gently and add the chopped tomatoes, the blended paprika, salt, sugar, ground sweet paprika, ground cinnamon. Mix. 5. Then add wine vinegar and crushed cloves in a mortar. Stir and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. 6. Then blend everything with an immersion blender and strain through a sieve. 7. Then reduce the mixture for 2-3 more hours, or pass through the pan for a few seconds to thicken the ketchup. 8. Pour into the jars, close and immediately turn the lid up (this way you don’t have to sterilize it in the pot).
