1200 g green fresh peppers 500 g red tomatoes 400 g onions 120 ml vegetable oil 4 pcs egg salt

In a pan, fry finely chopped onion in oil. Rinse the tomatoes with boiling water, peel and cut into cubes. Add to the onions. Add the washed, sliced peppers, which have been stripped of their cores and seasoned with salt.

Salt and simmer covered with a lid to desired consistency. Beat the eggs and add to the Vegetable Recipes, stirring constantly, and simmer until set. If you like, you can also add sausage.

Serve with rice or fresh bread. It is delicious! Enjoy!
