Homemade KOKA biscuits

ingredients

100 g grated coconut 230 g plain flour 250 g butter 120 g icing sugar 3 tbsp cocoa Chocolate coating for dipping coconut for sprinkling

Mix the softened butter with the remaining ingredients ( preferably with your hands).

Let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then form the dough into balls ( about 2 cm) , place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and press lightly with a fork. Bake for about 15 min at 180 C.

Dip the baked half in chocolate and decorate with coconut.
