Homemade gnocchi

Great and simple side dish for stews, sauces and other meaty dishes.

Ingredients:

450 g of coarse flour 2 pcs oats 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp oil butter salt

Procedure:

1. Thoroughly mix flour, egg, milk, oil, salt to a soft smooth dough
2. Roll the dough into a cylinder and use a spoon to cut out gnocchi and drop them into boiling salted water
3. Cook for 5 minutes until the gnocchi float on the surface
