3. To the ground meat add the ground lid with milk, season, add spices, lemon zest and mix everything thoroughly, if the mixture is too stiff, add milk and mix everything thoroughly again, then let it rest for an hour
4. Store in the fridge for a short time
5. Prepare the sausages further by frying in lard or oil.
Recommendation:
Prepare wine sausage in the same way, except that soak the lid in white wine and add water instead of milk.
