Homemade chicken pie with Vegetable Recipes, the healthy cold meat for your sandwiches

This homemade chicken pie is not only that it does not have weird ingredients such as purchased cold cuts, or amounts of sugar that do not add anything good, or more salt than you want to add. It is that you can also take advantage of the game to put a few Vegetable Recipes and the kids of the house eat them so happy.
Ingredients
. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 500 g Roasted piquillo peppers, 100 g Carrots, 150 g Sliced bread, 4 slices Eggs, 2 Light cooking cream, 400 ml Broccoli or bimi, 200 g Canned sweet corn, 100 g Canned capers, 50 g Salt Pepper Butter, to grease the baking tin
Step 1
Start by turning the oven on at 180ºC to preheat.
Step 2
We clean the broccoli, separate it into small florets, steam it for 5 minutes and set aside.
Step 3
Trout the bread, put it in a bowl and add the cream so that the bread absorbs it.
Step 4
Peel the carrots and cut them in brunoise. We also chop the roasted piquillo peppers.
Step 5
In a food processor or food processor put the chicken with the eggs, bread and cream. Season with salt and pepper and grind until you have a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the broccoli, carrots, piquillo peppers, corn and capers and mix well with a fork.

Grease a loaf pan or plum cake pan of about 11×22 cm with a little butter and pour the mixture we have just prepared. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180ºC or until a toothpick comes out clean. Once out of the oven let stand in the mold for ten minutes before unmolding.

We can serve the chicken pie hot or let it cool, wrap it well in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator to eat it as if it were a chicken cold meat that can be included in salads, sandwiches, etc.
