Homemade Beer Cheese II

Homemade tasty cheese.

Ingredients:

250 g of soft full-fat cottage cheese 125 g cottage cheese 1 dl beer 1 tbsp ground pepper 1 tbsp butter speck of cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Grate the romaine finely
2. In a bowl, beat the butter until foamy and stir in the soft cottage cheese
3. Add the romadour, lightly salt and pepper the mixture
4. Place the mixture preferably in a porcelain or stoneware bowl
5. Pour beer over everything, cover with a plate or a clean cloth and leave to mature in the warmth for about a week
6. When the cheese has ripened, the beer will rise above the cheese (if you have inferior curds, the beer will remain under the cheese)
7. Drain the beer, tip the cheese out of the bowl into a clean cloth, swirl and leave to drain.

Recommendation:

You can also marinate Olomouc cheesesteaks or niva in this way.
