Homemade Beef Soup

Soup of beef, carrots, celery, herbs and spices.

Ingredients:

400 g of beef front 2 tbsp butter 3 pcs of allspice balls 3 pcs of peppercorns 2 pcs of larger carrots 1 pc onions 1 pc bunch of herbs: bay leaf, chives, thyme piece of celery a handful of noodles parsley water salt

Procedure:

1. Put the beef in a pot, cover with 2 litres of cold water, add peeled, halved onion, bunch of herbs, 1 peeled, halved carrot, celery, peppercorns and allspice, salt, bring to a boil and simmer under a lid for two hours to soften the meat
2. Then take out the meat, let it cool slightly, peel it, cut it into smaller pieces, cut the celery into cubes, pour the broth through a colander and discard the onions, herbs and carrots 3. Fry the cleaned, coarsely grated carrots in melted butter to make them tender, then put them into the broth together with the chopped meat and celery, bring to a boil, add the noodles and boil them until tender
