Hokkaido underwood trees

1 kg hokkaido 2 pcs egg 2 pcs potato 6 tbsp spelt flour 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp marjoram 2 tbsp ground black pepper oil

1. Wash the hokkaido, hollow out and grate together with the cleaned potatoes. 2. Pour off the excess juice. 3. Place the juiced hokkaido, potatoes, flour, eggs, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Make a stiff dough. 4. Fry the podlesniki on both sides in the oil, then drain on a napkin. 5. Enjoy!
