1 pk hokkaido 3 pk onion 2 pk carrot 4 pk potato 2 dl milk 1 salmon pk salt pk basil, oregano

Excellent rich thick soup. Our favourite for dinner.
1. Clean and dice the Vegetable Recipes. Fry the onion in a little oil. Add the rest of the Vegetable Recipes, cover with water, so that the Vegetable Recipes are almost under water. Simmer for about 20-25min until all the Vegetable Recipes are soft. Blend with an immersion blender. Season with salt, pepper. Finish with milk and water to taste. Sauté diced salmon in butter. Take some of it and add it finely chopped (crumbled) to the soup, divide some of it directly into plates.
