Hokkaido pumpkin soup

ingredients

1 pk hokkaido pumpkin 1 pk onion a little olive oil pinches salt, chmk to taste pumpkin seeds, pumpkin oil

procedure

1. Wash the pumpkin, clean it, 2. hollow out the inside, 3. fry the onion in oil, add the pumpkin, salt, pepper, 4. water and cook until the pumpkin is soft. Blend the soup with an electric blender until smooth. 5. Serve with pumpkin seeds, garnish with pumpkin oil, 6. you can also add whipped cream. Enjoy!:)
