Hladká Ančka II.

Recipe from Podkrkonoší for mushroom soup.

Ingredients:

2 handfuls of dried mushrooms 1 package bread sourdough 4 tsp butter 2 pcs yolks 2 dl sour cream water salt

Procedure:

1. Put finely crumbled dried mushrooms, cumin seeds, salt and let it boil in cold water
2. Dilute the sourdough starter thoroughly with milk, pour it into the soup and let it boil
3. Finally, pour in the cream with the beaten egg yolks and stirring constantly let the soup thicken, but do not cook it further.
