Herring salad from the mold

Cold salad of herring, potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, carrots and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

750 g of potatoes 200 g sterilised cucumbers 200 g oil 200 g of mayonnaise 100 g carrots 2 pcs

td>herring 2 pcs eggs ground pepper veggies

Procedure:

1. Wash the herring, soak for a few hours and change the water
2. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water, let cool and cut into cubes
3. Hard boil the eggs, cool and chop coarsely
4. Grate the cucumbers on a grater, grate the carrots on a fine grater
5. Gently season the mayonnaise and divide it into two halves
6. Gut the herring and cut into cubes
7. Place two layers of potatoes in a round mould, sprinkle each layer with cucumbers, egg, carrots, herring, brush with mayonnaise and seal well with a spoon
8. Let the salad cool thoroughly in the fridge and turn it out of the mould
9. Align the surface and sides and brush with the remaining mayonnaise and sprinkle with chives.

Recommendation:

Serve the salad in a round dish.
