Herring in sweet and sour marinade

4 pcs haring 1 pcs onion to taste wine vinegar, ground pepper, sugar
procedure
Wash and soak the haring for 24 hours in water, changing occasionally. Then bone them and cut them into slices. Prepare a fairly sweetened marinade of wine vinegar and spices and soak the sliced onions in it. Add the haricots verts and leave to stand for 12 hours. Serve ready with potatoes and onions.
