Hermelin in dressing gown

Hermelin baked in the oven wrapped in puff pastry together with slices of ham and seasoned with ketchup.

Ingredients:

For 10 pieces: 20 pcs of ham slices 5 pcs Hermelines 2 pcs of puff pastry 1 pk egg for rubbing ketchup sesame or sunflower seeds

Procedure:

On a floured rolling pin, roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.

Place a ham on each rectangle, brush with ketchup, then slice an ermine or other cheese in half, add ketchup and ham again

Fold half the dough over the filling and press firmly.

Brush the top of each bag with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, salt, cumin, etc.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C for about 15 minutes.
