Hermelin baked in puff pastry

Hermelin wrapped in puff pastry together with sausage and ham rolls, baked in the oven. Puffs of puff pastry brushed with beaten egg, salted, garnished with sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 4 pcs hermelines 1 pk egg (for spreading the dough) 1 packet of chilled puff pastry sliced ham salami slices salt sesame seeds tr> baking paper for baking sheet flour for work surface

Procedure:

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface, divide into 4 regular squares

Place a slice of ham, an ermine and then a few rounds of salami on each slice, wrapping each ermine neatly

Brush the packets with beaten egg, sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown.
