Herbed bread

ingredients

400 g plain flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp crystal. sugar 2 tsp yeast (dried) 30 ml oil olive oil 250 ml lukewarm water (as needed) 3 tbsp Provençal spices 200 g grated mozzarella cheese 2 pcs tomato 50 g parmesan

Scented bread with Provençal herbs and cheese.

I mix the flour, salt, sugar, dried yeast, parmesan cheese and add more olive oil, water and knead the dough with the nuts and then with my hands.

I let the dough stand for an hour.

From the dough I will make balls which I will coat in proveslaskom spices and place on the bottom of the baking dish. Then I add half of the grated mozzarella cheese. Place a second layer of the shaped balls in proveslasky pepper on top of another half of mozzarella, place more tomatoes on top and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of proveslanky pepper.

Bake 30 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy!
