Herb and Honey Grilled Pork Recipes

This pork roast is marinated in oil and sweet, making it tender and delicious. To save money, use pork tenderloin instead of pork tenderloin. Also, pork loin has more fat, so it stays moist in the heat of your grill.

What you need

Remove the pork from the bag and place in a water reservoir. Reserve the marinade. While the pork is cooking, simmer the marinade for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the marinade from the heat and baste every 20 minutes until cooked through (when it reaches a core temperature of 165°F). Roast should cook for 1½ hours or so. Once cooked, remove from the heated roast and let sit for at least 5 minutes before carving.
