Hemenex

Classic recipe for a delicious breakfast of eggs with ham, English bacon or other sausage.

Ingredients:

4 pcs egg 3-4 pcs ground red pepper pepper salt oil (parsley, tomato and cucumber for garnish)

Procedure:

  • Place the Teflon pan on a heat source and set the stove to a lower heat.
  • Drop a little oil on the pan and spread the ham slices all over the pan. Gradually, carefully crack each egg into the pan, and one by one, dump the eggs into the pan so that the yolk remains whole (place the eggs evenly across the pan).
  • Salt everything to taste, season with a pinch of red pepper flakes and a pinch of pepper and cover the pan with a lid and, over a moderate heat source, preferably covered, fry (simmer) the eggs until the yolks are slightly thickened.
  • Finally remove the pan from the heat and carefully tip the whole pancake onto a plate.
  • Decorate with, for example, parsley, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, serve immediately, hot, with fresh bread.
  • Recommendation:

    Mostly beginners make some fundamental mistakes when preparing eggs or dishes made from eggs:

  • it’s terribly important to choose a pan with a non-stick surface
  • egg dishes must be prepared over a low heat and not over high heat, otherwise the food will burn
  • .With Hemenex it is also important to cover the pan with a lid, then the whole dish cooks evenly and we achieve beautifully cooked egg yolks without burning the bottom of the dish
