400 g semi-coarse flour 300 g powdered sugar 3 pcs eggs 3 tbsp cocoa 2 dl oil 1 tsp Baking powder Dr.Oetker a little milk

3 tbsp strawberry jam 2 cans strawberry compote 1 liter milk 3 packets Golden cob 150 g powdered sugar 2 tbsp butter 1 packet vanilla sugar 2 pcs sour cream

Cesto: Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes, watch your oven.

Filling: Cook the golden cob with the icing sugar and add the butter to the cooled cob, same temperature so it doesn’t curdle, vanilla sugar and sour cream.

Spread the jam over the cooled cordial, arrange the drained strawberries, spread the filling over the top and whip the two dollops of whipped cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Grind chocolate on top and leave to set preferably until the next day 🙂 Enjoy!
