Spoiled, sliced beef heart in a masox broth, served with sauce with an insert of finely chopped sweet and sour cucumber.

Procedure:
1. Place margarine, finely chopped onion and heart cut into 5 cm long strips in a pot
2. Add salt, pepper, sweet red pepper, a spoonful of tomato puree and simmer the heart under the lid, stirring occasionally
3. In a small saucepan, sauté the cucumbers cut into cubes in a tablespoon of butter, add them to the sauce and simmer again with the meat for a while.
Recommendation:
Serve beef heart prepared in this way preferably with rice.
