Heart Soup

Soup of pork or beef heart.

Ingredients:

250 g heart 250 g bone 3 g fat 30 g smooth flour 50 g cress (about 3 tablespoons) 100 g

td>Vegetable Recipes 2 l water salt parsley

Procedure:

1. Boil well cleaned bones and heart in salted water
2. When the heart and bones are soft, remove them, add the cooked semolina and thicken the soup with roux (see roux)
3. Chop the soft heart, put it back into the soup, where you also add the grated Vegetable Recipes
4. Cook and season with parsley.

Recommendation:

You can put any kind of topping in the soup.
