Healthy Sunday beef broth

ingredients

3 liters cold water 600 g beef leg 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 2 pk bay leaf 3 pk allspice 4 pk carrot 2 pk parsley 1/4 pk celery pk salt pk rice noodles

Sunday as it should be.

1. Put cold water in a large pot. 2. Add the beef, onion, garlic, bay leaf and allspice. 3. 4. 5. Add the Vegetable Recipes – carrots, celery and parsley. 6. Boil the broth by “pulling” (just below the boiling point) for 4-5 hours until the meat is tender. 7. Strain the broth through a sieve lined with cheesecloth. Finally, add salt to the broth to taste. 8. Cut the Vegetable Recipes and meat as you like. 9. Serve with rice noodles.
