Healthy rice pudding

400 g round rice 250 ml coconut milk (can be skimmed) 250 ml water 2 tbsp honey 1 cup homemade apple compote sweetened with stevia cinnamon , coconut fat

Simple rice pudding.

Wash the rice , put it in a pot boil water , add coconut milk. When the rice is cooked, add honey and season with cinnamon.

Grease a baking tin with coconut fat , transfer the cooked rice into the tin. Bake. You can also put fruit between 2 layers of rice, I baked without fruit. Bake at 200 st. for about 20 minutes.

Serve with apple homemade compote, top with compote juice. Enjoy.
