Put the carrots, cauliflower, egg, pasta, spinach and oatmeal on to cook. Cook everything together until soft. Add salt, black pepper, a little garlic

When the food is already cooked, blend it with a stick blender. Add the egg and plain flour – to make a semi-solid batter. You can add a little marjoram. Mix it all together well.

Add a little lard to the pan, but it doesn’t have to be, and fry the pancakes until brown.
