Healthy oatmeal meatballs

ingredients

100 g oatmeal 10 g lard 20 g onion 1 pk egg 20 g breadcrumbs 30 g plain flour 80 g breadcrumbs 100 g lard 3 dl water

step

1. Stir the chopped onion fried in lard, the crushed garlic, the egg, the breadcrumbs into the cooled oatmeal and mix everything together. 2. Form meatballs on the paddle and coat them in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil.
