Healthy breakfast: oatmeal banana porridge

Even ordinary oatmeal can be turned into a luxurious treat. It’s so much easier to get up in the morning 😉

Healthy breakfast ready in 10 minutes? No problem. In a small saucepan, pour the oatmeal along with the chia seeds and top with coconut milk. Start heating.

Smash the banana with a fork and add to the pot along with the cinnamon.

Cook the porridge, stirring constantly, until it has the desired thickness.

4.

Serve in a bowl with your favorite fruit, nuts and nut butter.
