150 g white beans 1,5 litres broth 120 g carrots 6 tbsp olive oil 2 pcs garlic cloves to taste chopped parsley, salt, black pepper

Soak the beans in water until the next day. Drain the water, pour in the stock and cook until tender. Fry the chopped carrots in oil and add to the soup. Add the garlic, season with salt, pepper and garlic.
