Hazelnut-apple cake

1 kg apples 2 packets cinnamon sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 50 g hazelnuts ground and roasted 50 g butter biscuits minced dough 3 pcs eggs 100 g Rat Sugar 75 ml of oil 75 ml of water 100 g semi-coarse flour 1 KL bicarb soda Dr.Oetker filling 1 packet vanilla pudding 300 ml milk 50 g sugar 1 packet lemon-flavoured sugar 200 g spreadable butter flavourless cocoa for sprinkling

Light and fresh cake, just for yourself

Clean and grate the apples, add the cinnamon sugar, vanilla nutmeg and ground biscuits.Put all this into a cake tin lined with baking paper. Pour the batter on top: Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the oil, water flour mixed with soda and nuts. lastly, mix in the cream of tartar lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200´C for about 35-40 min. Filling, : Boil the pudding with the sugar in the milk and stir the butter into the cold pudding. Flip the cake once baked so that the pastry is down and spread the filling. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Leave to set properly.
