Procedure:
1. Mix the minced meat with beaten egg, lemon juice, salt, ground pepper, squeezed bread rolls moistened in slightly warm water and process everything into a smooth mass
2. Roll the prepared meat mixture into walnut-sized balls, which are then lightly fried in a pan with 1 tablespoon of heated oil
3. Drain the peaches with a slice of pineapple, cut into smaller pieces (about the size of the meatballs) and cut the cheese into the same size
4. Then skewer the meat, fruit and cheese alternately on skewers, intersperse with a cherry or cherry here and there and grill over charcoal or in an electric grill for about 15 minutes, brushing the meat several times with the remaining oil mixed with ground paprika during grilling.
