Flats of pork leg meat fried in oil and then sauteed with banana slices, onions and tomatoes.

1. 1. Fry the meat in hot oil on both sides
3. Add the tomato, onion and banana slices and the allspice grains, cover with hot water and simmer until tender, baste if necessary 4. Remove the soft slices, strain the juice, season with wine and lemon juice, sweeten and add salt to taste 5.
Recommendation:
This dish tastes great with steamed rice.
