Yankee style recipe suitable as a side dish, appetizer, or even a stand-alone dish for kids.

Procedure:
1. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes and place in a pot of cold water, bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes
2. Let the boiled potatoes cool, grate them coarsely
3. Mix the prepared potatoes with the onion, season with salt and pepper
4. Heat the oil in a pan, spread the potato dough on it and bake for about 5 minutes on one side, then turn the pancake and bake until crispy
5. At the end, tear the potato pancake into smaller pieces to make it crispier and add diced green pepper
6. Heat everything and serve immediately as a side dish or as a separate course.
Recommendation:
The potatoes do not need to be peeled, then they must be thoroughly cleaned with a brush.
