Hanna-tds cakes

The good old Hanna’s cakes. Easy to make even with kids and they bake nicely in the tin.
Ingredients for four
200 g butter
3 dl sugar
just under 2 dl cream
5 dl wheat flourflour
3 dl potato flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Blend the room temperature butter and sugar until light in colour. Add the cream. Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the butter-cream mixture. Mix the dough until smooth and place in the fridge for half an hour.
Pyöe flat balls on a baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven at 175C for 15-20min. Make sure the cookies have a nice crust.
Tip: Hanna-täd cakes don’t fall apart when you keep the dough in the cupboard and take a few bites at a time to bake.
